On Friday, November 2, the monthly PAWsing and Painting class was held at Mathewson School. This class is made possible by a Milford Education Foundation grant. The purpose of this program is to help give of ALL kids access to a special mindful painting program as needed. Every month the children will come in and just paint whatever they would like for an hour. They are joined by their parents or a family friend, or a teacher. During the class, there is a sense of serenity and peacefulness that help both the children and the teachers set the tone for the day. Kudos to principal Melissa Currier for taking this on!
